The hotel had a charming and traditional African decor that made me feel like I was immersed in the local culture. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and beautifully landscaped with lush gardens and tranquil pools. As a senior person, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with ramps and elevators available for those with mobility issues.

The only improvement I would suggest is for the children working there to be more attentive to the needs of senior guests. Perhaps a bit more training in providing assistance and anticipating the needs of older individuals would make the vacation even better for senior people like me.

The second pool area is surrounded by trees and peaceful. The rooms have overhead fans and are comfortable. The breakfast and lunch are served outside by the poolside. The customer service is excellent, with prompt room service and helpful staff. The location is convenient with various amenities nearby.

Free wireless and complimentary welcome drink voucher for the bar. Hot Rock fillet at the adjoining Spur restaurant is awesome!

Hotel, particularly the business rooms, are grossly overpriced. One can get a better room with far better facilities in central London, Paris, Rome, New York etc

The hotel location makes it good for business travellers. The ambience is very good, but most of it would get missed by a typical business travellers who would typically use it is a place to sleep only.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Nairobi and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, nestled in an upscale residential district just on the edge of the vibrant Westlands area. The hotel offered a range of services including dry cleaning, laundry, and even airport shuttle, which made my stay incredibly convenient. The rooms were well-equipped with modern amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I particularly loved the spacious sitting area and the in-room safe provided for added security. The staff also went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, from the friendly receptionists to the attentive room service. They always promptly addressed any requests I had and even helped me navigate the menu with my dietary restrictions.

I highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Very nice, loved the courtyard and the view out of the rooms. Relaxing and soothing. Close to west gate mall and sarit center. Spur at the hotel was good. Staff were efficient and helpful. Free internet & b/fast included in the room rates. Booked.net rates for this hotel was inclusicve of all taxes, whereas at hilton, I had to pay taxes & service fee over and above Booked.net rates.

Majority of staff were polite, courteous and helpful.
